1 on 1 Basketball & Fitness Coaching
PROGRAM 1
Challenges players in all facets of the game.
Provides athletes with the tools to take their game to the next level.
PROGRAM 2
A personally tailored program to improve strength and conditioning and cardiovascular fitness.
Approached with an emphasis on Basketball.
Pay as you go= $75 Per Session
5 Upfront = $325 *$50 Saving
10 Upfront = $600 *$100 Saving
Team Coaching & Development
A fun way to improve your basketball team's skills and fitness.
These sessions are designed for teams of all ages and skill levels with a key emphasis on teamwork and fun

- 1 to 1.5 Hours
SESSION COST:
- $15 Per Person Per Hour (Minimum 6 Players)
*Payment to be made upfront prior to the first game of the season.
Kids Birthday Parties
THE BIRTHDAY PACKAGE:
Non stop action, games and challenges to keep the children entertained and active!

Gossip Ball - Women's Only Basketball & Fitness
Gossip Ball sessions are group sessions for women of all ages that want to keep fit, learn how to play Basketball, or simply have a gossip!
These sessions comprise of the fundamental skills of basketball alongside cardio fitness and strength exercises.
